I have been told I am a good gift giver so here are my secrets and some ideas you may not have thought of! Remember that gifts don’t always have to be something physical. Instead, give that special someone the gift of going somewhere new or experiencing something new.

1. Have an ongoing document and when you hear them say they wish they had “such and such” or they like “this” then jot it down in the document! Typically they will forget they even mentioned it!
2. Think about their hobbies and get them something related to this. For instance, do they like learning about their ancestors? Buy them a 6-month or 1-year subscription to ancestory.com.
3. Are they avid coffee drinkers? Then get them a monthly subscription box of coffee from around the world to try!
4. Are you looking to buy a gift for a family? Then get them a membership that the family can enjoy together.
5. Do they have a favorite animal? You can sign up to sponsor an animal from your local zoo!
6. Gift cards can also be great gifts! Who doesn’t love having money to buy whatever they want? There are many other gift cards available to purchase that you may not have thought of before.
7. Don’t forget all the wonderful subscriptions that would make great gifts as well!
